This is a blog designed to help my friends out with the deals that I hear about. The stores I have in my area and will be referring to are CVS, Walgreens, Kroger (Smiths), Tom Thumb (Safeway affiliate), Albertsons, and SuperTarget. I also have a Walmart but try to avoid going there at all costs and they don't have great deals. I buy 4 Sunday papers every week unless there are great coupons and then I will get 6. Most of the coupons I refer to are from the sunday paper and if there is an internet printable, then I try to post a link to it.

Today is Wednesday and new grocery store ads came out today. Here are the highlights that I came across (Not alot going on this week.)

Kroger - Oranges are 10 for $1, and blueberries are 10/10

Albertsons - Blueberries are .99 and Purex is 1.99 on a 3 day sale from Friday to Sunday

Tom Thumb - They are still doing the Savings Rally this week.
This is what I am going to do:
12 Del Monte Tomatoes - $12
10 Safeway Pineapple - $10
3 Quaker Old Fashioned Oats - $4.50
Total - 26.50
I will use my $20 Catalina from this deal, 1/12 del monte coupon and 3 .60 quaker coupons.
I will pay 3.70 OOP and get another $20 catalina back to use on future groceries or gas.

Also at Tom Thumb, 4 count tomatoes are 10/10

Target - Don't forget about free string cheese!! There is a .50 off 2 market pantry cheeses and the individual ones are .24 each. The coupon adjusts itself so no overage.
The new Target coupons are pretty good. My favorites are $2 off Morningstar meatless products, these start at 2.99. So after your coupon, you will pay .99. And there is another $1 off Broccolli and Cauliflower. They are on sale this week for 1.50 each, so .50 for a head of Broccolli. Not free like last time, but still good.

Go to to print your target coupons at home.

Walgreens - if you want free makeup, Jane Cosmetics are B1G1 free this week. the cheapest are 3.99 or so. Use the $2 EasySaver coupon from the monthly booklet get free makeup. (Mascara) This is only until the 23rd. You can also combine THIS coupon for some more expensive make-up.

CVS - The only great deal this week is the Huggies deal. Buy $30 worth of participating products, get $15 ECB back. I love it!

feel free to comment if something is not clear or if you found a deal I haven't found yet!

What is Stitch Fix? Review #1

Today I got my very first stitch fix and I'm so excited! First of all, what is it?

It's a monthly subscription clothing box. You pay $20 for a stylist to pick out some clothes for you based on height, preference, what you post on your Pinterest board, etc. They send you 5 items to try on at home with things you already own and you can pick whatever ones you want to keep. The $20 works as a credit toward anything you keep. You send back the rest and wait for your next box!

I decided to try this out because I don't really have stores for clothes shopping in my area. Plus, it's fun!

Do you want to try it out? Check it out here.

Okay, here is what I got in my first box:

They always send this cool styling card to show how to wear the clothes.

Don't mind my crazy face. These are the Mavi Freida Skinny Jeans.

Paired with the Pixley Tracy Dot Print Cross Back Knit Top

Added my jacket and the Octavia Jolene Zipper Flap Crossbody Bag.

Then I decided to pair with a skirt and …
