Shop at Home!

Well, the holiday season (aka - CHRISTMAS) is upon us meaning it's time for PRESENTS!

I know a lot of you do not like to shop in the stores. All the people. The noise. The headaches. yuck.

You can shop at home using different companies and earn CASH BACK!

One of them is Shopathome.com.

You will earn $5 when you sign up through the link above, and they send you a check when you reach $20.

Another one is Ebates.com

If you are a new sign up, you will also get a $5 bonus for signing up through the above link! YAY for free cash!

Here's the low down on why these are cool:

1. Go to either site (or both, so you can compare cash back), and in the search bar enter in the store you would like to shop at.

2. See what coupons and cash back they offer. At this exact moment I am looking at Gap.com on ebates, and they are offering 2% cash back. shopathome is offering 3% cash back. Then click the SHOP NOW button and your tracking ticket is set up.

3. Shop and check out like normal. It will take a couple days for your $$ to show up in your account, but once you get going, you'll never stop!! It's so much fun to sit in your bed and shop in your underwear. (not that I do that, I'm just saying) (I at least put on some pants.) And then get a random check in the mail just for doing your regular shopping! It's like finding a $20 in your coat pocket.

Go.

Buy cool stuff.

Get cash back.

Couponing 101: Part 1

I know the question most people ask first is, "How do I start?!"

I am here to help you out!!

Step 1 - Get coupons.

There are many different sources out there for coupons, and I use most of them.

Newspapers: I do not purchase the Sunday paper. The paper is $3 and I would want at least 2 of them. That is crazy in price, and I am not willing to pay it. In my local area, there are 2 FREE papers that are delivered to my house on Saturdays that carry most of the coupon inserts. They are called The Briefing(section of the Dallas Morning News), and Al Dia (spanish paper). You can call your local paper and see if there are any free Saturday papers that can be delivered.Online: I print a good amount of coupons. I use Coupons.com, Smartsource.com, and redplum.com the most. Target.com also had coupons for in-store deals as well as manufacturer coupons.Inside actual stores: Manufacturers place coupons all over your local grocery store for your pleasure. Peelies, tearpads, blinkies, pamphle…

What is Stitch Fix? Review #1

Today I got my very first stitch fix and I'm so excited! First of all, what is it?

It's a monthly subscription clothing box. You pay $20 for a stylist to pick out some clothes for you based on height, preference, what you post on your Pinterest board, etc. They send you 5 items to try on at home with things you already own and you can pick whatever ones you want to keep. The $20 works as a credit toward anything you keep. You send back the rest and wait for your next box!

I decided to try this out because I don't really have stores for clothes shopping in my area. Plus, it's fun!

Do you want to try it out? Check it out here.

Okay, here is what I got in my first box:

They always send this cool styling card to show how to wear the clothes.

Don't mind my crazy face. These are the Mavi Freida Skinny Jeans.

Paired with the Pixley Tracy Dot Print Cross Back Knit Top

Added my jacket and the Octavia Jolene Zipper Flap Crossbody Bag.

Then I decided to pair with a skirt and …
